Txotxongiloa

   A puppet appears locked in a room, on the floor, motionless. After several experiences, ropes are attached to his body and his movements begin to be more fluid. Each of the strings is associated with a scene related to an aspect of women's social problems, such as the body, equality or gender.

   A stop motion short film by Sonia Estévez, produced by Tik Tak Animation.

   I took part on the development in this project between July 2021 and January 2022.

My role 

   I was a model maker, I designed the sets and props and handmade them tailored for being used in stop motion animation. I directed the art department and set the art direction.

   On February 10th 2022, we held a presentation of the short film on one of the Fundación Vital conference rooms, where we premiered Txotxongiloa, along a showcase of the sets.
